BlueWave Express Car Wash

The blue wave by International is very well kept. The rags are usually well stocked, there is many spots to park your car to use vacuum, so no waiting is needed. And we do like there is no sharing of vacuums needed, not that it’s bad, but goes back to no waiting needed. We were helped by Gabriel G., great employee. Car wash does the job, especially when coming from out of town. If you look for exceptional cleaning, everyone will just then tell you to get it custom cleaning service .

Jose Luis was exceptional and assisted me drying my vehicle. He answered any concerns that I had and made my overall experience great. I wish more employees shared the same enthusiasm as him. Today was actually the first time that an employee assisted me with drying my vehicle. I didn’t expect that, but from what I was told employees should be assisting customers when time permits. Because of Jose Luis’s attention, it made my experience even better.

Gabriel Guerra provided outstanding customer service from the moment I pulled in. Without me even asking, he came over and started helping me clean my vehicle, making sure every detail was taken care of. His positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Because of employees like Gabriel, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

BEWARE If you have low profile tires or expensive rims. This car wash scratched all 4 of my rims on my Lexus IS. I took pictures and immediately informed their employees to filed a claim. I received a call telling me that the claim was denied due to their “5 year” policy which states that if a car is 5 years or older they are magically no longer liable (which is not true and does not legally absolve them of any liability whatsoever). Needless to say I am pursuing other avenues to get this situation resolved. Their corporate office will do anything to weasel their way out of having to compensate for damages. The “5 year rule” is bogus and not enforceable in any manner. I canceled my membership for all of my vehicles and will never give them my business again. Employees on site are nice and helpful but their corporate staff does not care about you as a customer or damage to your vehicle.

I understand an automated car wash is not going be perfect. But I asked one of the employees could they do anything about it as it was on both sides and the back of my car . He pretty much said nope and they can’t give out free washes , I just wanted the issue addressed not ignored. It’s ashamed because I wanted to get a membership with them too.
